I know this time of year can be challenging for many, as we enter into the unknown and there can be so much pressure to set goals and new years resolutions and have your life "together", when in truth the turn of the new year brings up a lot for many.
It is a period of death and rebirth, and that can feel challenging. However, we go through periods of death and rebirth many times throughout the year not just at New Years. We go through a death and rebirth every time we make a new choice and every time we choose to change. This is the natural cycle of life. When we become present to this we can grant ourselves permission to go there fully and trust the process, allowing ourselves to evolve naturally.
Life then becomes very intentional. We begin to recognize that growth is non-linear and in fact growth is cyclical and every time we choose to expand or grow we end one cycle of growth bringing the wisdom we have gained with us into the next. We move through many micro and...
2019 I have been learning a lot about safety. After experiencing what can be perceived as so much loss in 2018, where my entire life was turned up-side-down and inside out I plummeted into a deep sense of fear and survival. There was so much unknown. Where would I now choose to live? What would I do with my business? What would I do as a source of income?
I felt so unsafe in the world. Everything I had put my trust in had fallen away. Survival became my default. We all have a learned trauma response, this is normally wired in the first 7 years of our life. This is how we choose to react to a threat in our lives. Our survival instinct. We can choose to either fight, flight or freeze. Take a moment now to ask yourself what do you feel your pattern is? Mine is freeze. Since an early age, I learned that if there was something that threatens me in any way, my body’s response is to freeze, to go into shutdown. To pull away from the world. In this state, it is very hard to...
There will be periods in your life when discomfort feels like it is never-ending. When everything feels unsteady, uncertain and uncomfortable and yet what if this was a necessary part of your journey? What if it was all part of your growth cycle? What if this prolonged period of the unknown was a sign that you are growing beyond all that you know?
For everything in life evolves. In nature life evolves through contraction and expansion- both are required. Yet we crave to always be in the expansion, to taste the fruits of our labour and yet to contract and go within is a very necessary part of the journey. For before every big expansion in life first comes a contraction. The discomfort we experience is normally here. This is when we have no choice but to go inward and to dig deep into ourselves and trust the process even though it may not make logical sense.
This is the part of the journey where it feels “intense”. Yet we tend to see intensity as negative and yet as...

We are all at necessary parts of our journey and awareness. There is no one better or more “woke” than the other. The polarisation and the contrast is creating the exact friction or spark necessary for the integration of our truth.
We can no longer shame another, cast others out for being different, for being “unconscious”, for holding other beliefs and for not seeing what you see. For if we do it only serves to create more separation. We are all playing our part no matter where we sit in the “spectrum” of awareness. We are all doing the best that we can with the awareness we have.
We can create change in the world not through making others wrong but by embracing our differences. You can be in the sovereignty of your truth without condemning or shaming another. I get it in my own journey too I did this, I...

This is an extract from one of our recent online workshops in ORIGEN. In this training, I spoke about how to find your centre and orienting point: the place upon which you create. This is the foundation upon which everything else in your life is built upon. I shared some really effective, yet simple tools on how to begin cultivating your true creative power.
1) How to centre your chi and energy. Finding your orienting point within your body and how to truly take up space and claim your creative power so you truly know you are creating autonomously from within.
2) The key tell-tell indicators or signs that let you know you are off centre.
3) How to declare your creative power and tangibly create results that are real, long-lasting and fulfilling.
If you are curious to explore this more and access the entire online workshop, it is now available in ORIGEN Home along with an entire library of training, tools, activating audios to support you in igniting your emotional...
Making our way back to nature is not about hugging trees. It is not about spending all your time in the depths of the forest meditating in isolation. It is not about living in remote spiritual communities, fasting, vision quests, and plant medicine ceremonies. While all of that may be a very necessary part of the journey, this is not the destination.
For making our way back to nature is the primordial quest back to our true human nature ~ Our Original Genetic Blueprint.
It is the remembrance of an innate and natural intelligence that is so ancient and yet feels so familiar that is awakening within all of us right now, in our bodies and in the depths and density
of this modern society.
That ancient remembrance is beyond any reference point that exists in the outside world and yet we may find ourselves seeking externally in books, ideologies, scientific or spiritual teachings to translate what we are feeling and yet again and again it will fall short of what we are feeling inside....
